Cleverly constructed to be worn either as a more casual dress with a flare skirt or converted into a more "formal" tulip skirt, the Vera Convertible Dress - Navy is another gorgeous "work to play" addition for your wardrobe. Have the skirt buttoned-up and paired with heels, or let-down and paired with flats for a more casual look.
