The safety and well-being of our team and customers are our top priority. As we continue to monitor the developments of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be offering all returns in the form of Store Credit that will be valid for 6 months and can be used at your convenience, either online or in our studio.
UPDATE: Once the return request is approved, all returns are to be shipped back to 501 BUKIT TIMAH ROAD, #03-05, SINGAPORE 259760 within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Returns made simpler now that it can be done ONLINE, for orders placed on our online website.
Please note that:
- We will only accept a ONE-TIME return per order for Store Credit. This means that the order is a new order and not made with previous store credit. Purchases made with previous store credit will not be valid for any further exchanges or returns.
- The items returned must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and ALL labels and tags must still be attached. All swimwear products must also be returned unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags and hygiene liner intact.
- We will NOT be able to accept returns/exchanges for skincare products, cosmetic products, custom pieces, hair accessories, jewellery, One of A Kind pieces, masks, TMP Home items or items purchased on sale or with store credit/discount codes. All sales merchandise is Final Sale.
- Please return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your item.
- We are not able to refund the difference in value (in cash or credit) if a product of lesser value than the value of the store credit is purchased using the store credit code.
- Kindly note that the complimentary local shipping promotion will not apply to purchases made with store credit. You will be prompted to make a payment of $3.80 upon checkout.

Store credits from online purchases (purchased from 21 July 2021 onwards) will be auto-reflected in your account once you log into your account. For any inquiries on store credits, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For purchases made in our physical studio
All purchases* made in the TMP studio are only valid for a 1 time exchange for another item (equal or a higher value) available in the studio. The remaining balance will be forfeited if an item of a lower value is chosen.
*Custom pieces, hair accessories, jewellery, One of A Kind pieces, masks, TMP Home items or items purchased on sale or with store credit/discount codes are not eligible for return.
For Defective Items/ Wrong Items
If the item you have received is defective or not the item you have ordered, please notify us promptly via email and return the item in its original condition.
TMP will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the cost of delivery and return. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
