We accept returns of items* for Store Credit within 14 days of receipt of that return, provided that the item(s) are not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, with all labels and tags still attached.

*Exclusions:
The following categories are not eligible for returns - Sale / Discounted items, items purchased with Birthday Discount Code / Discount Code, accessories, hair accessories, skincare & cosmetic products, jewellery, custom pieces (including custom orders of sizes above UK14) & one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces and TMP Home items.
Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Items purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for a further return.

Fill in the Returns Form here and we will verify the return request within 2 business days.

Once we have verified your return, an email with instructions on how to return the item to TMP Studio @ Cluny Court will be sent to you.

Once we have received and verified your return, a Store Credit code will be issued to your online account within 3 business days. Please allow some time for your Store Credit code to be emailed to you.

Store Credit is valid for 6 months.
Refunds via cash or credit cards is not allowed.
Items purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for a further return.
