Our ready stock ranges from UK4 to UK14. If you require to preorder a size that is not listed on our website (for example UK16-20), feel free to reach out to us at sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com and we'll be delighted to assist you!

Please note that custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable and we do not offer made-to-measure tailoring. We can only make custom orders in our standard UK sizing.

Do refer to the description on the product page of your item for product care instructions. You’ll also find these guidelines conveniently printed on the inner label of each piece for easy reference.
To ensure that your pieces maintain their quality and longevity, always refer to the care label inside your garment. When hand washing, do use a mild detergent and gently hand wash in cold water without soaking and drip drying. For items labelled as “dry clean only”, we recommend professional dry cleaning to ensure the best results.
Should an item that you like become unavailable, simply join the waitlist on the listing itself.

- Click ‘Notify Me” after you’ve provided your email address.

Should the item be available, you will receive an email notification from us.
Order & Delivery
Shipping Within Singapore
Enjoy complimentary courier service on orders above $150.
For orders $150 and below, a flat rate of $4.50 applies for local courier service.
Your order will be collected by the courier within two working days from the date of purchase.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer FedEx International Priority, and NinjaVan courier services (available for select Southeast Asian countries).
Taxes and Duties
For international shipments, all taxes and duties upon arrival at its final destination are to be borne by the customer.
TMP Home & TMP Bags
Choose between self collection at our studio or $10 for Local Courier Delivery. Please note that TMP Home is currently only available for sale/delivery within Singapore.
Our standard lead time for pre-orders, backorders and custom orders is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. During the peak season (e.g. festive periods), some minor delays may be expected and we seek your kind understanding for this.
If you have purchased an instock item alongside a pre-order item in a single order, it will be shipped to you separately or together depending on stock availability at the time of purchase.
You may select “Pick up at Store” upon checkout.
Pick up options are currently available at our TMP Studio @ Cluny Court and at POV @ New Bahru. If your item is available at both locations, you will be able to select your collection point at the checkout page.
For urgent purchases, we recommend visiting our stores to try on our pieces and purchase your item in person.
If you would like to pick up an online order on the same day, please call the studio to confirm the item’s availability before placing your order online and arranging for same-day collection.
Sometimes we carry a limited quantity of ready stock for selected designs. If you require a specific item urgently or any assistance for your order, please send in an enquiry to sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com.

You may track the delivery status of your order via the tracking number provided by our logistics partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation containing a unique tracking number when your item(s) is/ are being shipped out.
We regret to inform that we are unable to modify or cancel an online order once it has been placed.
Upon receipt of the item, you may choose to return the item (terms & conditions for exchange/returns apply) within 14 days for store credits or for an exchange instore.
For any urgent requests (e.g. change in delivery/collection address) please feel free to reach out to us at sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com.
If your order has been fulfilled, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the order and apply the discount code to your order. Discount codes cannot be applied to an order that's already been processed.

Do note that items listed under backorders / pre-orders on our website may not be ready stock items. If you require a specific item urgently or need your order to be expedited, please drop us an email at sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com.
If you cart out both instock and backorder/pre-order items, your items will be shipped separately, depending on their status. Backorder/pre-order items will be shipped out at a later date when stocks have arrived at our studio. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the waiting time before placing your order.

No Appointments are needed.
Customers are advised to check out our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) for any announcements or updated operating hours as the studio may be closed on certain days for events/fulfilment of collection launches.
We accept Credit cards, PayNow and Cash payment at our stores.
Our full collection (except for POV pieces) are available at TMP Studio @ Cluny Court. A curated selection of TMP items and all POV by TMP items are available at New Bahru.
You may also call our stores to check on a specific item’s availability before heading down.
I’m afraid we do not accept reservations. However, should you require any assistance or additional information pertaining to a specific product, please write in to sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com and we will be delighted to assist you.

Items which are yet to be launched online will not be available for trying at our stores before launch. Please stay tuned to our Instagram page for announcements as to when the new collection will be available instore.

Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases, you may return your item for:
- A store credit refund (valid for the next six months) or
- An Exchange for a new item or size
within 14 calendar days upon receiving the item, provided that the item(s) are not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, with all labels and tags intact.
For international returns, shipping fees (inclusive of all associated taxes and duties) are to be borne by the customer.
For online & in-store purchases, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
Item(s) will only be accepted if they are not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, with all original labels and tags intact.
Please feel free to visit our TMP Cluny Studio and we will be happy to help should you require any assistance.
We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to accept your return and will have to send it back to you at the team’s discretion.
Please note that each order is only eligible for a one-time exchange or return.
Fill in the Returns Form here (https://iwantthemissingpiece.com/a/returns). We will verify the return request within 3 business days. Once we have verified your return, an email with instructions on how to return the item to TMP Studio @ Cluny Court will be sent to you.
If mailing back your returns, please do so via a trackable delivery system and mail back the items together with your name and order number to our TMP Studio @ Cluny Court, 501 Bukit Timah Road, #03-05, Singapore 259760.
We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcel.
We will process your return within 3 working days upon receiving your package and after checking that all items are in good condition. You will be refunded in the form of store credits which will be sent to you via a system generated email.
If you have not heard back from us by the end of 3 business days, please follow the steps below:
- Our emails may have been redirected to your junk mail/spam folder. To prevent this, please add our email address (sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com) to your email address book.
- Ensure that you are logged into the email account which was used when you made the purchase.
You may drop off your returns at our TMP Cluny Studio within the stated timeframe for an exchange for store credit or for another available item.
If you would like to drop off your returns at our New Bahru store, kindly note that your return may be subject to a longer processing time. You will receive an email notification once your store credits have been processed.
Once we have received and verified your return, a store credit refund will be issued to your account within 3 business days. Please allow some time for your store credits to be reflected in your account.
Store credits are valid for a period of 6 months. Items purchased with store credits are strictly not eligible for any further returns/exchanges.
Store Credits are valid for a duration of 6 months. No requests for extension of store credits will be entertained. Do ensure that your store credits are utilised within the stated duration.
The following categories are not eligible for return -
Sale / discounted items, items purchased with birthday discount codes / discount codes, accessories, hair accessories, skincare & cosmetic products, jewellery, custom pieces (including custom orders of sizes above UK14), one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces and TMP Home items.
Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All sales of discounted products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All items purchased with store credits are strictly not eligible for any further returns or exchanges.
Items purchased using gift cards are eligible for a one-time exchange for store credit or another available item.
For any defective items, we will be more than happy to facilitate an exchange for another item of your choice. Do note that the replacement item should be of the same value or higher, in which case a top up will be required.
Kindly note that we will not be liable for any items damaged while being worn by the customer.
Please drop us an email at sales@iwantthemissingpiece.com with the following information, within 14 days of receipt of your item:
i. Order number
ii. Product name
iii. Description of the issue
iv. Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
Do rest assured that our Customer Service team will get the issue sorted out for you as soon as possible.
Store credits may be utilised instore or online.
For usage of store credits instore, please have your store credit code ready to be presented to the staff at the cashier counter, who will then kindly assist you.
For usage of store credits online, the store credit value will only be deducted from your order after the store credit code is manually applied.
Please note that store credit/discount codes will not be automatically deducted in your next order. When submitting an order online, kindly ensure that you input your unique store credit code in the designated field at checkout to enjoy your discount.
