Our Sayang top in crisp cotton poplin is edged on the front hem with lovely cutwork embroidery, reminiscent of vintage cutwork and applique table linens in the best way possible! It’s giving urban monochrome that is far from plain, with prettiness and craftsmanship that your Ah Mah would approve of.
The genius of this design is a clever tie at the waist, that can be tied in front to create a subtle peplum lace ruff effect, or tied at the back for a cleaner and less fussy waist-cinched silhouette.
A simple notched collar and cap sleeves complete the design, and allow the cutwork embroidery to take centrestage.
This top can be dressed up or down. Pair it with our matching Sayang midi skirt, or mix and match it with jeans, trousers, shorts or other skirts.
