Return Policy 2

We accept returns of items* for Store Credit within 14 days of receipt of that return, provided that the item(s) are not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, with all labels and tags still attached.

How?

Fill in the Returns Form here and we will verify the return request within 2 business days. Once we have verified your return, an email with instructions on how to return the item to TMP Studio @ Cluny Court will be sent to you.

Store Credit Refund

Once we have received and verified your return, a Store Credit refund will be issued to your account @iwantthemissingpiece.com within 3 business days. Please allow some time for your Store Credit to be reflected in your account.

Store Credit is valid for 6 months.

*Exclusions:

The following categories are not eligible for returns -
Sale / Discounted items, items purchased with Birthday Discount Code / Discount Code, accessories, hair accessories, skincare & cosmetic products, jewellery, custom pieces (including custom orders of sizes above UK14) & one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces and TMP Home items.

Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Items purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for a further return.
