Operations & Merchandising Executive
The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys operations and merchandising.
Someone who feels a sense of satisfaction when numbers reconcile, inventory is accurate and processes become more efficient over time.
You will work closely with our Founder and Head of Retail to support inventory planning, production coordination and the operational systems that keep TMP running smoothly.
This is an execution-focused role with plenty of room to grow. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation, a curious mind and a desire to learn. Over time, we hope this person can grow into a larger leadership role within operations as TMP continues to evolve.
What You'll Do
Merchandise Planning & Inventory
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through and inventory health across boutiques and e-commerce.
- Support production planning, replenishment decisions and launch quantities alongside the Founder and Head of Retail.
- Help ensure we are carrying the right inventory at the right time.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Review and refine SOPs as the business grows.
- Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows and help build systems that support a lean, growing company.
Shopify & Reporting
- Maintain inventory accuracy within Shopify.
- Build reports and dashboards that support merchandising and operational decisions.
- Keep operational data organised, reliable and actionable.
Coordination
- Work closely with retail, customer experience and production partners to ensure launches, restocks and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Who You Are

You have 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning or operations within fashion, beauty or retail.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and naturally enjoy working with numbers.

You enjoy improving systems, solving problems and finding ways to make businesses run smarter.

You're comfortable with Shopify, Excel or Google Sheets and enjoy using data to make thoughtful recommendations.

You thrive in founder-led environments where adaptability, ownership and initiative matter.
