Position Overview

We are seeking a Fashion Management Associate to join our team. As an associate, you will learn about various aspects of fashion retail operations and gain experience in the fashion industry. You will work closely with different departments within the organization, including sales, operations, production, marketing, and design, to support the management team in various tasks related to fashion retail operations.

In this 2 year Management Associate program, we are committed to develop potential candidates who will lead the success of our retail outlet and e-commerce business towards greater heights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s goals are met, and will work to promote brand awareness and increase sales. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain practical skills that will prepare you for a successful career in fashion management.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or have some experience in fashion retail. Progression is dependent on the performance of the Associate. We hope to train and develop you into a talent that has opportunities to progress within the company in managerial roles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that company goals are met
  • Assist in the management of the stock room and inventory levels
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions
  • Assist in the day to day operations of the retail store
  • Work together with the team in the execution of digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in the fashion industry and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe software and knowledge of retail software is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
